I found a nice jacket but one button was almost dropping off, asked if they have another one but they didn't, girl at the counter told me there's maybe some in Espoo and Turku. That I needed to ask if she could check, I understood I needed to go and pick it myself, no time. Okay I asked if I'll buy the one piece left could I have a discount cause I need to take it to a sewer, girl told me I can't get any discount and I can sew it myself. Okey I had no time to argue about I told her I'll contact the customer service later, the chat on the website didn't reply anything when I asked of this for real. Extremely poor customer service and experience.

Parannusehdotuksia ei oteta vastaan. Etusetelit eivät toimi, jos joutuu palauttamaan tuotteita. Asiakkaan pitää itse tietää, mitä maksaa laskussa. Myymälässä tuurilla hyvä palvelu.
