juho lahtinen: Vein pyörän jarrujen ilmaukseen ja vaihteiden säätöön.Kysyin viedessäni mielipidettä takarenkaan (Maxxis) pyörimistilasta takahaarukkaan nähden. Kyseessä on juuri kasattu pyörä. Myyjä totesi tilan riittävän mutta huomasi renkaan aavistuksen kieron pyörimisprofiilin. Seuraavaksi myyjä haukkui rengasmerkin ala-arvoiseksi. Suositteli Specialized renkaita ja testeistä kysyttyäni totesi kuivasti, että jos saksa ei taivu niin ei voi auttaa. Ilmeisesti renkaat menestyvät Saksalaisissa alan lehdissä.Hakiessani pyörää myyjä tylytti vaihteiden kaivanneen säätöä. Kertoi myös, että vapaaratas on rikki ja siitä kuulemma kannattaa tehdä reklamaatio. (käyttämättömässä vapaarattaassa on laakerien preload säätö, joka on vielä tekemättä) Puhelimessa oli kerrottu ilmauksen maksavan noin 30€/jarru ja vaihteiden säädön 15€. Loppulaskussa 105€ oli 30€ ylimääräistä työtä, kun jarruletkut oli lyhennetty. Jarrupaloja ja levyjä ei huollossa sisäänajettu, eikä siitä mainittu. Kysyin viimeiseksi asiasta. Myyjä totesi, ettei se ole tarpeellista ja, että heillä on jokatapauksessa tapana jättää se asiakkaan vastuulle.

Ja sama palvelu jatkuu ostamisen jälkeenkin 👍

Toni Tapio: Nyt meni pahasti karille asiointi liikkeessä. Olen elänyt siinä toivossa, että asiantuntemus löytää arvokuutensa! Ei tällä kertaa ja aiemminkin asioidessani jäi huolto jokseenkin hieman retuperälle. Takapyörän kumi oli tyhjentynyt, kun asiointi tuli kyseeseen. Itse omistaja otti minut vastaan ja pikaisen johtopäätöksen puolelta heitti ilmaan 100€ arvioin maksuksi tulevasta. Seuraavana päivänä saavuin hakemaan ja maksamaan kyseisen hieman oudoksuin tuota summaa mielessäni suorilta. Maksaen näistä kumminkin sen 100€ sisäkumineen? Takakiekko sanottiin vielä, että olisi vaihdettu lisäksi? Kuittia tietty en ottanut, koska luotto on pelannut tähän asti, ollen riittävä. Pian takakumin ilma oli tipotiessään yli kk päästä. Ja vieressäni toiseen pyörän huoltoliikkeeseen paljastui, että takapyörän sisäkumi oli asennettu holtittomasti (jääden hieman mutkalle asennus vaiheissa). Tästä oli sisäkumeen tullut hankauksen ansioista reikä ja päästänyt ilmat pihalle. Ei ole yleistä, että näin nopeasti joutuu vaihtamaan takarenkaan kumen heti ensitöikseen! Itse pohdin, että olisinko itse sattunut ajamaan johonkin terävään? Taikka olisiko ollut mahdollinen ilkivalta kyseessä? Tämä paljastui todeksi näiltä osin ja ei kumminkaan puoltaen, että oli ollut oma holtittomuus! Maksaessani sen 100€ oli liian iso hinta, pitäen sitä silmällä että olin jo huoltanut kyseistä pyörää toisessa toimipisteessä(huoltanut isommat vuosihuoltoineen).Tämä varmasti näkyi päällepäin asiointivaiheilla, jopa huoltotilausta ottaessa vastaan. Ja ihan viedessäni toiseen paikkaan huoltoon selvisin huomattavasti edullisemmin! Ja tosiaan nyt tuntuu, että renkaissa on ilmaa nyt hyvin laitettu kunnolla sisäkumien asennuksen johdosta. Ikävää todeta, että tunnen etten kuulu tähän asiakaskuntaan, joka tulee kuulluksi. En omista vaihdepyörää ja täten ilmeisemmin tässä tulee jokin pomppaus tilannetta koskien sulkien pois tarpeista. Huolto ei ole pelannut. Toki se on että bisnes on bisnestä! Tämä on kyllä tuonut sen että luottoa on vaikea korjata. Mikä on menetetty!
Iiro Haverinen: Osatunut tästä putiikista 2 fillaria. Tilaus ja toimitus hakee vertaansa. Aivan loistava siis.Vastaavat puhelimeen kaupanteon jälkeen askarruttavista asioissa (jos ei heti vastaa niin soittaa takaisin). Reklamaatiot hoidetaan hyvin (varaosan toimitus aika oli vain vähän pitkä).Asiantuntemus edustamiin tuotteisiin on erinomainen. Ainut mikä harmitti oli tuo pitkä toimitus aika varaosalla..
Hermanni Heimonen: Sanottiin pyörähuollon kestävän pari päivää, nyt 5 viikkoa myöhemmin haen rikkinäisen pyöräni jota ei ole edelleenkään korjattu. Sopivaa osaa kuulemma vaikea löytää, mutta kun se löytyi Amerikasta ei sitä jostain kumman syystä ole viitsitty tilata. Syy jää täysin epäselväksi.Lafkasta ei myöskään koskaan infota minulle mitään, vaan joudun viikoittain soittamaan heille hintaan 1.8€ alkava minuutti. Ovat siis tienanneet useamman kympin pitämällä pyörääni panttivankina.

Juha H: Erinomainen ja ystävällinen palvelu. Elite harjoitusvastus tuunattiin sopivaksi minun vanhaan pyörääni vaikka muualla sanottiin ettei se ole edes mahdollista. Asiantuntevuuttakin siis riittää.
Heikki Kivelä: Olen sunnuntaipyöräilijä, jolta puhkesi takakumi. Pistäydyin myymälään ja kerroin, että tarvitsisin uudet ok-tasoiset ulko- ja sisäkumit sekä rengasraudat vaihto-operaatioon. Budjetikseni ilmoitin 100 euroa.Myyjä ojensi minulle ulkokumit ja jostain kasasta eripariset, irrallaan olevat sisäkumit. Pyytäessäni sain yhden (1) rengasraudan sekä venttiilien suojahatut, vaikka kuulemma ”Ranskan ympäriajoissakaan niitä ei kukaan käytä”. Maksoin ostokset, ihmettelin meininkiä ja poistuin kotiin renkaanvaihtopuuhiin.Myöhemmin huomasin, ettei saamissani tuotteissa ollut hintalappuja enkä myöskään saanut mukaani kuittia, jossa olisi ollut erittely ostoksistani hinta- ja tuotetietoineen: sain vain korttikoneen kuitin ja toisen, jossa oli yksi epäselvä 100 euron ostotapahtuma. Tällainen on tietystikin vastoin lakia (lisätietoja verottajalta).Kumeja tarkastellessani taas huomasin, että erityisesti toinen sisäkumeista oli paitsi merkittävästi eri kokoinen kuin toinen myös melko kuluneen oloinen, lieneekö ollut käytetty. Pistin kuitenkin paikalleen, kun ajattelin, että ammattimies tietää, mitä myy.Rehellisesti sanottuna tuli jokseenkin kusetettu olo, kun sitten lopuksi asioita googlaillessani huomasin, että esimerkiksi Prismasta olisin saanut käytännössä tuoreemman version samasta ulkokumista hintaan 29,90 € pari, kaksi uutta saman valmistajan sisäkumia hintaan 13,98 € pari sekä kolme rengasrautaa vitosella. Ja tämä vain yhtenä, ei edes edullisimpana esimerkkinä mainittujen tuotteiden hintatasosta muualla.Yhden tähden suoritus itseltäni, kun en osannut ottaa asioista ennakkoon selvää ja toimia sen mukaan. Toinen tähti myyjälle, joka taas osasi ottaa tietämättömyydestäni kaiken hyödyn irti.

Freddi W: Here's one more base rating. Brought e-jopo in for warranty service because the battery lock housing was defective and the battery could not be removed. After three weeks (the customer had to call a toll-free service phone number to ask about the bike), the bike was handed over. Already in the shop it was obvious that the lock was still not working properly. According to the seller, "initial stiffness". Already the same evening, the lock was as bad as it was originally, and the battery could not be removed. Cyclecenter (again in a call paid by the customer) first claims that they received a faulty spare lock from Helkama. A call to Helkama in Hanko makes me doubt the matter. Cyclecenter (again a paid call) says after this that they will not comment on whether the lock was already broken. A broken plastic shell around the battery compartment and traces of a powerful "repair"...
T Kauppinen: I bought a road bike with fitting. When I went to pick up the bike, I found out that the "fitting" is done visually!?However, I took the deal because the bike was handy and I needed to ride quickly. At the same time, a shorter stem and installation was ordered. 9 months later, we are still waiting for the stem, and according to the owner, the deal cannot be canceled from the stem and the delivery time cannot be confirmed. The owner also does not respond to calls. The service quality is really bad and the taste of fraud in the mouth. I've heard the same thing from many hobbyists after the fact. No further.
Ville Rintala: Toll-free customer service number... No reason at all. I walked into the store and no one made a move to help. Fortunately, there are bicycle shops in the vicinity that provide good service.

Laura Spets: I feel that I have been cheated by the company. I bought two Saucony shoes in April. The lining of the second pair of shoes broke at the ankle after two weeks of use. I went to the store to advertise the shoes. I received really outrageous service from the Kluuv store. The seller accused me of using the shoes wrongly and they broke because of that. I had the shoes in the usual city and jogging use. I asked for the manager's number and it turned out that calling it costs €1.80/minute. We went to meet the manager at Hesar's store and the customer service was still freezing. Reluctantly promised to send pictures of the shoes to Saucony in Sweden. The following week it was decided that the fault is not in the shoes but in the user. Even if there is no manufacturing defect in the shoes, the shoes should last longer than two weeks in normal use. A few weeks passed and we noticed that my husband's shoes also had a hole in the inner lining near the heel. Again, the message came that there is nothing wrong with the shoes, the store cannot be canceled, and we will not get new shoes to replace them. I recommend going around the store from afar. The shoes are clearly second-rate when they can't stand anything. Kluuv's business is said to be going out of business, but Hesar's bike shop continues to operate. I would never dare to buy an expensive filler in a store, because apparently the products have a taillight warranty. It's also worth checking out the reviews left through Google, many people have similar experiences there.

Sampsa Kujala: En suosittele. Hienoja pyöriä myyvät, mutta asiakaspalvelu ostotapahtuman jälkeen, asennus ja huolto mitä sattuu. Vein ostetun pyörän ensihuoltoon ja maksoin 60€. Huomauttamistani vioista korjattiin vain tyhjentyvä rengas. Vaihteille ja rikkinäiselle penkille ei oltu tehty mitään. Vein pyörän takaisin, mutta tässä vaiheessa asiakaspalvelu oli täysin hyytynyt. Myyjälle piti todistaa vika ja väitellä. Mekaanikko teki kahden sekunnin säädön ja lähdin kokeilemaan. Vaihteet edelleen mitä sattuu. Vein pyörän takaisin ja sitä säädettiin pikaisesti uudestaan, jonka jälkeen vaihteet edelleen mitä sattuu. Rikkinäisestä penkistä otettiin kuva (!) mutta ei esim. yhteystietoja. Tuskin penkkiä koskaan hommataan. Voit ostaa täältä hienon pyörän, mutta sen jälkeen tarkista asennukset ja huolla muualla tai itse.
Sami: Valehtelua jo maksetun tuotteen toimituksesta useita viikkoja. Tuotetta ei ikinä saatu, ei myöskään ilmoitusta että sitä ei tule saataville. Sähköposteihin ei vastata ja asiakaspalvelu maksaa 1.8€/minuutti. 👌🏻

Kuunnellaan hyvin asiakkaan toiveita ja jos kaikkea ei löydy heti varastosta löytyy upeaa improvisointia. Kärsivällisyys hyvä pienempiäkin (vilkkaita sekä uteliaita) asiakkaita kohtaan, mutta samalla myös ihanasti otetaan huomioon ja esim meidän poika oppi Fillarifiilarin pihassa pyöräilemään 🤩 Joten pitkäperäpyörän lisäksi matkaamme lähti myös pojalle pyörä.
