Henna: TFG Beginners course & PT training!I had been in very bad shape after the Covid restrictions and needed something extra motivating to get myself back to fit. I had not exercised regularly for over a year. I decided to take the TFG Beginners course as I knew there would be real results after only 5 weeks course.Every training hour comes with good music and you experience boost of positivity, and better self confidence training after training. Darren Eli is the most energetic trainer and he personally guides people individually. I made great new friends from the happy group of people who I trained with and we will continue together to advanced classes.My daughter, 8 years old, joined with me one class and was so excited about training, that se wanted to do family training together!
