The suit was sloppily made compared to the price and reasonable expectations, and it did not match the information on the company's website in terms of quality or materials.The dress had several errors (e.g. incorrect proportions, slanted seams and lace placement, sleeves of different sizes, unfinished hem). The ready-made dress did not stay on me, but the wide shoulder fell when I moved.The company advertises that it uses high-quality European fabrics. It turned out that my dress had unknowingly used cheap Asian lace.The service was friendly and seemed knowledgeable at our first meeting. Confidence and a professional image were increased by the company's website and social media, as well as by the real brides there wearing Bateli dresses.The suit had to be paid in full in advance. This and the company's other contract terms are partly questionable from the point of view of the Consumer Protection Act and the instructions of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Agency.The service as a whole was a big disappointment, and I cannot recommend the company in any way based on my experience. Unfortunately, it turned out that I am by no means the only one to whom this same thing has happened.Fortunately, I got help from two other seamstresses, who helped to locate all the mistakes in the suit and to move the matter forward. I recommend those with similar experience to complain about the defective product and inform the consumer representative.

Almost every previously agreed fitting time had to be changed, for no other reason than that.The dress turned out pretty good overall, but it's not what was originally agreed upon. When I asked about the changes, I received either several different explanations or that I had hoped for the dress myself, even though this was not the case.I also had to wait for the veil I ordered for the week before the wedding, due to several changing reasons. This caused unpleasant extra stress right before the wedding.Communication seemed to be really difficult and it was difficult to find a common understanding on things. There are beautiful dresses in the shop, but you should focus on making them with care and respect for the customer. At the moment, customer service seems to be almost non-existent, and the customer's wishes are not respected.I paid a large amount for the dress to get exactly the dress I wanted, but my wishes were almost completely ignored. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the place to anyone.

The dress doesn't fit me and I have to get it repaired in another place from scratch. The seamstress does not take responsibility for what she does or listen to the customer's wishes. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it!
