Salli Raeste: We did a full kitchen renovation + all wardrobes and sideboards + interior painting with A.S.Helsingö products. I'm super happy with the end result! The kitchen is stylish, and after a year of use in a family with small children, it still looks brand new. During the planning phase, we received very good tips from the product architects of A.S.Helsingö for designing a stylish yet functional kitchen with IKEA frames as a base. The shades of all the products are super beautiful and fit well with the paint collection. The paints were easy to use and the paint rollers etc. are definitely worth the price. The only downside to the whole renovation process was that if there is a mistake in the kitchen/wardrobe order, it takes a long time to get a new part because the products are made to order. Joonas Forsman: Tilasin A.S.Helsingöltä Milieu-maaleja. Tuotteet toimitettiin sovitusti aikataulussa kotiovelle ja ne olivat pakattu asianmukaisesti. Maalaus oli helppoa ja sävy Sea Salt White vastasi mielestäni hyvin verkkosivun kuvausta. Lopputulos kohtasi odotukset ja näyttää hienolta. Kahteen kertaan pohjamaalatuilla seinillä maalit olivat hyvinkin riittoisia. Ainoana kehitettävänä asiana tuotteessa on maalipurkin kierteitetty metallinen kansi, joka täytyy puhdistaa maalista huolellisesti tai sen avaaminen uudelleen on hankalaa maalin kuivuttua kiinni kannen kierteisiin.
Heidi Paloviita: Tilasimme Helsingöltä keittiön kvartsitasoineen. Keittiö on todella kaunis, mutta reklamaatiorumban ja viivästysten vuoksi olemme pettyneitä as Helsingöön.Vastaanottamistamme tilauksista puuttui toistuvasti tuotteita. Lisäksi kaapinovista suuri osa saapui naarmuilla ja kolhuilla, ja jouduimme kahteen otteeseen reklamoimaan niistä (myös korvaavissa tuotteissa oli naarmuja ja lommoja.)Reklamaatioiden tekeminen oli turhauttavaa ja niiden käsittely oli hidasta. Samoin sähköposteihin vastaaminen oli hidasta.Sovimme, että saamme reklamoiduista tuotteista hyvityksen osittain rahana. Hyvityksen maksussa on nyt kestänyt jo useampi viikko.Kvartsitaso tuli Diastonen kautta ja sen toimituksessa ja asennuksessa kesti hieman pitkään. Taso kuitenkin oli huolellisesti asennettu sekä moitteeton kunnoltaan, joten Diastoneen olemme tyytyväisiä.Uusi keittiömme on todella kaunis ja Linen brown-väri sekä Carrara quartz- taso ovat tyylikäs yhdistelmä. Remontin venymisen ja reklamaatiorumban vuoksi en kuitenkaan voi suositella tilaamaan keittiötä as Helsingöltä.
