    Mikael lappeteläinen: It took 9 weeks to replace the fuel pump. 😂No real explanation why it took so long, I did call several times and asked about the car.But there was never an honest answer.I went to pick up the car during Christmas week and the journey started from Helsinki to Pieksämäki, i.e. 300 km. 63l of petrol was consumed 🤔 so the next day we went to a local repair shop where we found out the reason for the petrol consumption, the fuel hose had not been properly installed. i.e. leaked all the way.😡Next, we went to the car wash, where it became apparent that a crack had appeared in the tail light and a small piece was missing from the corner of the front bumper and there were scratches.I sent photos of all the damage to the repair shop, but there was no response or apology.Yes, and the bill for replacing the fuel pump was €499So I do not recommend this repair shop to anyone.Service:Electrical repair

In the week before Easter, I started to hear a rattling sound coming from the direction of the engine, and I chose this place when the diagnosis was still promised for Thursday. However, the diagnosis was not made on Thursday, and the workshop was not informed about this, but had to call back. The repair shop promised to make a diagnosis the next day. At that time, a diagnosis was not made and this was not announced.Finally, the diagnosis was made on Wednesday of the following week at the second point of the workshop. Since the investigation went to the car dealership, it was agreed that they would contact the dealer and give a cost estimate. The repair shop promised to submit a report the next day. In the end, the car seller received a cost estimate a week after the diagnosis after several follow-up calls. Here too, the first estimate had "accidentally" gone with the wrong hourly price.In the end, the car was at the repair shop for a month without the fault being fixed. The schedule kept getting longer, and not once did the workshop announce this on its own. Based on a wrong diagnosis, the car was subjected to a major engine opening and changes to the plans on the fly, without asking the dealer about this in between. I was also given all kinds of explanations, from which you could conclude that they are clear misleading.The problem was solved in the second movement in the quarter. Loose engine heater.Maybe this workshop knows how to change oils and tires. In other situations, I recommend using a professional repair shop.In addition to all the good things, the car was knocked up at the repair shop.One star is too many.
