Jarno: Palvelu ja sijainti aivan ehdotonta huippua. Aamiainen oli odotusten mukainen ja on mainittavaa, että tarjottu kahvi oli laadukasta. Huone oli hyvä, mutta ei suinkaan täydellinen enää. Ärsytystä aiheutti melko epäkäytännöllisiset/huonot vesihanat. Ei aivan yllä kokonaisuutena siksi viiteen, etenkin huoneen hyvin korkea hinta huomioiden.

Robert Gentile: I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2019 and will stay once before I leave for Australia.Positives: I highly recommend the Sauna rooms, these are unique to Lapland hotel and are a lovely touch. This hotel is extremely clean and nicer than some other 5 star hotels in Helsinki. Showers are perfectly clean, with no signs of mould or grout discolouration - which is common even at 5 star hotels. Breakfast is suburb, with unique offerings. The whole hotel has a nice dark and moody feel, which I love, and I think the music they play throughout the hotel works well with this. The location on Bulevadi is wonderful and is my preferred location in Helsinki, close to the design district.Negatives: Restaurant service has been poor on two occasions in that the kitchen was too busy to serve us and we couldn't eat at the hotel for dinner. This is because they were unexpectingly busy - I wasn't too bothered by this as there are plenty of other places to eat around the area, but just an observation.The hotel gym isn't really a gym, but rather an exercise room with some basic equipment. There is a bench press, some kettlebells, some cardio equipment, and some odd machines that I feel weren't picked out by someone who actually trains. Gym's are important to me when travelling, so I would probably need to choose somewhere that has a proper gym if I was staying more than two nights.

Aamupalalla. Silti huoneet rauhalliset ja hyvin äänieristetyt.Sisäänkirjautuminen on vasta klo 16! Aulabaari aukeaa vasta 16 tai 17, mutta reippaat baarimikot palvelivat jo ennen virallista aukeamisaikaa kun odottelimme huoneen valmistumista, hyvää palvelua!

Jos tarkastelet joitain yksityiskohtia, kuten naarmuja seinässä tai outoa putkistoa kylpyhuoneen pesualtaan kanssa, voit huomata joitakin puutteita. Luigi: My wife and I have stayed at many boutique hotels throughout the EU, and had the opportunity to stay here this spring while visiting friends in HEL. The location is great; close to the train station, with quite a few places within walking distance as well, but what set this place apart is the staff and ambiance. We cannot say enough about the staff; friendly, inclusive to all, and you could easily tell they liked what they do. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and there's nothing like sitting with a throw in a comfy chair by the bar on a snowy night. Just a wonderful evening for tired travellers.
Christina Le: Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. I would come back again!

Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, jedoch die Klimaanlage, leise und zugfrei sorgt für frische Luft.Das Hotelfrühstück ist super, vielseitig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei!

Keijo Mallikainen: Huone on päältä päin katsottuna siistin näköinen, mutta joissain kohdissa on pölyä. Sänky on oikein pehmeä ja tyyny todella iso ja muhkea eli sillä on hyvä nukkua. Näköala huoneesta on hieman kehno. Lakanoissa oli myös jotain keltaista.Palvelu respassa oli kiireetöntä, kärsivällistä ja ystävällistä.Sijainti hotelissa on loistava, koska se on aivan keskustassa ja helpon matkan päässä Rautatieasemaa.

Ville S: This 100 square meter apartment was at least the perfect choice for our family of 5 with children. The apartment had a suitable temperature, really spacious spaces and no extra sounds carried inside, so you could sleep peacefully and well, thanks also to the good beds and pillows. Kitchen 10/10, the spacious fridge-freezer was really handy. The washing machine+dryer was also a nice addition, which surprisingly didn't need to be used😁 Then to the location, which was also really good, it was a few minutes' walk from the train station and easy to find. From the apartment, it's really quick and easy to walk to Linnanmäki or just to wonder places, when everything is at a comfortable distance. The reception was also very good👍 Please ask the children to put 1000/1000 in this review, that probably sums up their enjoyment as well 🙂
Eeva Marie: I booked a stay at Hotel Finn last minute as my flight was cancelled and I had an extra day in Helsinki. It was the perfect stay for one night. It’s in a great location in the heart of the city with many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops nearby. I was able to walk with my heavy suitcase to the bus and train stations less than 10 minutes away.I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the staff, including the receptionists and cleaners. My check in process was very smooth and quick, and I was also able to store my luggage in a locker for the day after I checked out.The room was very clean and just what I needed for a short stay, but slightly small if you plan to stay longer. Overall enjoyed my stay at Hotel Finn.

Loylylla oli upeat tilat laajalla valikoimalla saunoja, se oli erittäin puhdas ja erittäin hyvässä kunnossa. Ulkosauna laiturin vieressä meressä uimista varten oli suosikkini. Lopetimme tämän ihanan kokemuksen ruoalla ulkona olevassa ravintolassa, joka oli herkullista. Tulisimme takaisin Helsinkiin tämän takia. 10/10 suosittelen!

James Lindstorff: Good experience, the rooms are really nice with a balcony on the top floor. The only thing to be aware of with those rooms is that there is a sky bar on site and if you are not into other people's music on the balcony then you should not book the rooms that are on top of hotels. They don't play very loudly, but enough that you end up closing the door.Walkability: The hotel is located at the end of the Esplanade over a single road so you can walk to most things in 15 - 20 minutesFood & drinks: There is an Italian restaurant directly on the ground floor plus a bar and lounge at the same time they have a sky bar which is open Tuesday to Saturday

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of staff to refresh plates, and plenty of fresh hot and cold options. As others remarked, rooms are a little tired and rammed with furniture, but perfectly functional and every amenity was available free of charge. Lucia Rinaldi (Lucy): Very good food but unhelpful staff: having to be at the port by 7.30 to catch the 9am ferry to Tallinn, we asked for breakfast to be brought forward by a quarter of an hour, which would start at 7am: even though they reassured us that they would open for us at a quarter to 7, they didn't. I therefore feel like not recommending it to anyone who has to take the first ferry to Tallinn!

Debora Minuzzi: Check in is done alone, an envelope with the card to access the room was left at reception and everything was fine!It has a large kitchen, we stayed in the private room, but with a common bathroom, super clean, there are always people cleaning there, everything is well organized, excellent.
Herbert C: The Yard Hostel is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The hostel is located in very close proximity to the central train station and the public airport bus. Furthermore, he beds are great and include privacy curtains, hooks to hang stuff up and outlets. The Yard also has a common kitchen and plenty of bathrooms, and showers.However, they don’t have anyone on staff to address guests bad behavior after business hours, nor do they have a monitored 24 hour emergency line. The only other con was for some reason the hostel wasn’t as social as others I have been to, but don’t fault hostel management for this.
Ukri Suvilehto: Kahden yön yöpyminen The Yard Hostelissa oli miellyttävä! Melko viihtyisät ja tilavat yleiset tilat hostellin sisällä. Mukava ja ystävällinen ilmapiiri henkilökunnan ja vieraiden keskuudessa. Pankoissa oli verhot ja ne olivat melko tilavia. Asuin kahdessa eri makuusalissa ja ensimmäisestä puuttui ikkuna avattavaksi, joten ilma tuntui hyvin jumissa eikä raikkaalta. Sijainti Kampissa oli loistava ja vaikka se oli melko vilkasta aluetta, äänieristys toimi. Juuri aamulla joku käytti porakonetta seinään hostellitilan sisällä ja se oli vähän ärsyttävää. Kaikki ja kaikki se oli minulle 4/5. Voin ehdottomasti suositella The Yard Hostelia miellyttävänä ja keskeisellä paikalla mukavana hostellina Helsingissä!

Christine Fouse: Hyvin lähellä keskustaa. Otin tämän hotellin sattumanvaraisesti. Kun menin ohi, huomasin heti art deco -tyylin, josta pidän todella. Vaistoni ei pettänyt minua. Tervetulotoivotus on erittäin miellyttävä. Sisustus: Hienostunut tyyli mustavalkoisen eleganssilla. Lämpenevän puun huomaamaton läsnäolo. Makuuhuone on upea ja kylpyhuone harmoniassa, aina mustavalkoinen. Sadesuihku ja normaali suihku. Ei puutu mitään, mikä voisi olla hyödyllistä matkustajalle. Ruokailu on hienostunutta ja maukasta. Ei epäröi suositella tätä hotellia.

Alan Darra: We had a great time staying in the hotel Indigo. The hotel is very clean and has a nice modern style. Staff was really helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early which really made it easy for us just to head out to explore Helsinki.We absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the bathroom with roomy shower. We started our day with their breakfast of great variety. They offer a buffet and also ordered warm breakfast from a menu, so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. The breakfast was available until 11 am and late checkout at 12 suited us perfectly.We have absolutely nothing to complain about and hence we're happy to leave an honest 5 star review for the hotel.Looking forward to stay here again!

8: -1 is due to breakfast service which I did not like. I stayed couple of nights. The breakfast remains the same throughout the stay which was really boring. Moreover the service of front desk is very food whereas people in the breakfast is relatively unfriendly and unkind and unfriendly and sometimes there was only one person who always had to let incoming customers await while she was cleaning tables or went to the backyard.The location is perfect and very convenient to go to anywhere. 3 stations from the central by the tram.The service of the front desk is very good and kind.The room is very big with modern furniture and items.I believe the price is quite reasonable in terms of its service and quality besides the breakfast. The breakfast is boring and too expensive with bad service.
Dev N: Great hotel, the lobby is on the smaller side but the rooms are great! Check-in took a longer than expected, but I happened to check in when there were a lot of people. Hotel lobby only had two-counters so they could accommodate for anything faster.The rooms are spacious and the shower is great! Breakfast was amazing. You get a hot dish and access to buffet table - so definitely upgrade for breakfast if you can. Breakfast time is strict and ends on time, which was perfectly fine for us - but did hear complains from other hotel-goers. 🤷🏻♀️Really well located and walkable distance to all of the main destinations. Loved our stay!Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean. Only small issue, tiny really, is that the only location the bathmat can be placed in the bathroom does cause the bathmat to be soak after two person showers. So we ended up placing it outside of the bathroom - not ideal but fine.Safety: Helsinki feels SO safe. And probably is. No worries at all.Walkability: Close access to everywhere. Easy walk and you can even stop by during the day to drop things off!Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options! You can even try our traditional rice pie, smoked salmon, and other great dishes. They even had a super-food selection where you can add an extra boost to your smoothies, juices, and yoghurt!

Matti: Our room was great, had everything we needed, except a view. The room had a very small window in the corner making the room in itself a bit dark / gloomy. Bed was great, and the space as well, on top of good bathropes. Shoes they could not find that could fit a 46 / 11 size.The service on the other hand was perfect and everyone was nice and quick.

With lounges and workstations.The staff was professional and friendly, it really left a good feeling.The room was clean and the other facilities were also maintained. You can conveniently get your own bottle of juice cold in the minibar.Sauna and pool facilities are a big plus!You usually don't get to enjoy such entertainment in hotels of this price range.The breakfast was plentiful and open until late, from a vacationer's point of view.The quality of the breakfast is also better than in many more expensive places 👌🏻Street parking for 4 hours at puck spots and you could buy a parking space in the yard at a reasonable price.Access to the city center by bus and metro, but what's the point, these public ones work here 👍🏻I think I will come here again!
