Ibo Stinger: Good people, don't buy Tempur Beds.We bought the Tempur "best" TEMPUR North motor bed a few years ago.After just a few months, the bed was already in really bad shape.Really bad bed doesn't stay put and really bad customer service. Tempur promises a 10-year warranty, but it's a complete scam. The representatives of Tempur customer service were supposed to come to see the defective bed, the back of which broke down already more than 5 years ago and they still haven't come, my back hurts every day from a bad bed.They keep promising to come from Tempuri, but no one comes.There is such a HUGE gap between the double bed all the time that it doesn't stay in place. The biggest mistake of my life was when we bought a Tempur bed that cost about 12,000 euros. Much, much worse than promised!!The Tempur dealer from whom we bought the Tempur bed is a scam, a few months after the purchase we contacted them, they washed their hands off and told us to call Tempur, which is also a scam brand and has not done anything about it until today!! No more and TEMPUR never again. THANK YOUI recommend Vepsäläinen to give up selling the Tempur brand because it would ruin their reputation at the same time.

Lotta Lustig: Friendly service? More like no service at all. There were multiple sales people in the store but none of them even looked at us, said hi, let alone offered any help. Apparently the expensive furniture will just sell themselves - good luck with that 👍🏼 This has been my experience in two other stores as well lately, so I don't think it's just an unfortunate coincidence.

Tiina X: Good service and a decent selection on display. I ended up purchasing a coffee table from here with the help of a nice male sales assistant. You can browse and feel things at peace and the sales assistants overall have very good timing with approaching you to offer help.Some of the furniture, while I understand is designer, leaves me a little astounded by their price tags.Overall as a chain, Vepsäläinen carries a great selection of Nordic designer brands (or more of a focus on MCM type of furniture/decor akin to Design Within Reach in the US). If you are a design lover and appreciate the Nordic aesthetic it’s worth a visit to ogle and feel the furniture at a store nearby.This particular Annankatu store is split super weirdly, there is a separate Tempur store for beds with its own entrance and the furniture section has a small ground level display floor while the rest of it is located in the basement.

Han: Apparently 3000+ euros mattress is not apply to 30days return policy which the brand website allows 90days free return services.
