Prepare to not have your same day deliveries being delivered the same day, and then attempt to handle the issue with their sometimes rude chat people. Last time I asked about this issue, the reply was basically "It comes tomorrow", with no further attempt to even explain why they had failed. This has happened to me three times now during the last few weeks. I guess this is what happens when you try to squeeze too much profit out of a company that seems to already had its best days.
