Jan Lukas Lindner: It's quite far from the city centre, but public transport is good. The rooms are quite cramped and the bathroom was often completely wet and not very inviting, although always clean. On the upside the breakfast isn't bad, the staff is nice and the community rooms are good. Also washing is 8âŹ, but works very well. Honestly, it's great value for money, but if you have the money I'd probably spend a few euros more per night to go to a nicer place.
Sofia Valla: Stayed for 4 nights. Hostel run by young guys 40 minutes walk from the centre.The rooms, bathrooms and common kitchen are equipped with everything you need and all extremely clean. What also holds all this up is the extreme respect for clichés and the common coexistence of the people who stay. In my experience, everyone made an effort to let others find what they would have liked to find; Finnish culture certainly helps a lot. I will definitely go back
irem: The hostel was really good ! Staff were so friendly, everywhere was clean. There are walls between the beds so you have a private zone - a little bit-. Location is not bad , i mean if you want to stay really close to central not a best option for you. But 3 km is nothing, while you re walking to the hostel you have also chance to see some important things about the city. Just 2 mins by walking to the bus/tram station. They have also good events for some days. i liked to stay here , thanks for nice experience!

The paint job has the same refresh rate as my old CRT screen and the music they play, is as loud as my old Nokia 3310.But then again, there are not many places in Helsinki where you could go and see Randy Feltface, Rob Schneider, and such perform live on stage.

The Yard also has a common kitchen and plenty of bathrooms, and showers.However, they donât have anyone on staff to address guests bad behavior after business hours, nor do they have a monitored 24 hour emergency line. The only other con was for some reason the hostel wasnât as social as others I have been to, but donât fault hostel management for this.
Ukri Suvilehto: Kahden yön yöpyminen The Yard Hostelissa oli miellyttÀvÀ! Melko viihtyisÀt ja tilavat yleiset tilat hostellin sisÀllÀ. Mukava ja ystÀvÀllinen ilmapiiri henkilökunnan ja vieraiden keskuudessa. Pankoissa oli verhot ja ne olivat melko tilavia. Asuin kahdessa eri makuusalissa ja ensimmÀisestÀ puuttui ikkuna avattavaksi, joten ilma tuntui hyvin jumissa eikÀ raikkaalta. Sijainti Kampissa oli loistava ja vaikka se oli melko vilkasta aluetta, ÀÀnieristys toimi. Juuri aamulla joku kÀytti porakonetta seinÀÀn hostellitilan sisÀllÀ ja se oli vÀhÀn ÀrsyttÀvÀÀ. Kaikki ja kaikki se oli minulle 4/5. Voin ehdottomasti suositella The Yard Hostelia miellyttÀvÀnÀ ja keskeisellÀ paikalla mukavana hostellina HelsingissÀ!
