Okay I asked if I'll buy the one piece left could I have a discount cause I need to take it to a sewer, girl told me I can't get any discount and I can sew it myself. Okey I had no time to argue about I told her I'll contact the customer service later, the chat on the website didn't reply anything when I asked of this for real. Extremely poor customer service and experience.

BUT now i live in Estonia, unfortunately we have no COS stores here, so i ordered some items from the Internet. What a disappointment was to find my ripped apart package made of PAPER with only 1 out of 4 ordered items. Luckely COS Office refunded me the missing items right away, BUT absolutely denied to send a new order in a more safer packaging. Argument was "we work only with natural, ecological and recycled packaging only".Dear COS head-office, may i remind you, that safe and solid cardboard boxes are just as well made of recycled paper, its really not the right way to save money, you are losing loyal customers. Hope there will be a better solution for an international shipments. Best wishes!

Muutaman pesukerran jälkeen kaulukset muodottamia, värit haalistuivat jne.Aivan järkyttävän _ylihintaista_, laadutonta, ohutta kangasta kyseisissä t-paidoissa. Kaukana ovat Makian vanhat hyvät ajat. Nykyään suosittelen kiertämään liikkeen kaukaa. Lisäksi asiakaspalvelu ei nähnyt mitään vikaa, että t-paidat eivät kestä edes yhtä pesua ja reklamaatio ei onnistunut.
