marina prishchepa: The store is good, but the staff is NOT! My husband and I came to buy winter boots, asked for my size, and when they gave us the shoes, we noticed a defect. We approach the seller, we say so and so. To which she replies to us, “We must immediately approach and show, but I don’t see whether you did it or not.” I was shocked, and this is how the sellers of a good store talk?! Sorry that we got to the place with the box where I can try on, I took off my shoes, opened them, noticed, looked carefully, put my shoes back on and naturally it took time.

Phillip Clifford: I have back problems and ECCO shoes allow me to walk without discomfort. The staff here are excellent, always friendly and helpful! I just bring in my old shoes, show them the type of shoe that I need to keep me out of pain, and they show me all the ones that'll work best. From this selection, I just pick out the ones that I like best style-wise, and that's it! It's really that easy! I'll keep going back :)

Jonne Karinen: Huom. ostokokemukseni on 1,5 vuotta vanha.Valikoima kiinnostava ja tyylikäs paikka, mutta vaatisi enemmän ammattitaitoa oikean kokoisien nahkakenkien myyntiä varten.Muutaman kuukauden sisäänajon jälkeen totesin, että myydyt kengät eivät ole muotoutuneet jalkaan vaan jalkohini alkoi sattua aina kun käytin kyseisiä kenkiä: kengät olivat yksinkertaisesti liian kapeat ja hieman liian lyhyet.Minulta ei otettu liikkeessä mitään mittoja jaloistani ja myyjän neuvot johtivat minut harhaan ostamaan kokoa pienemmät kengät mitä meinasin aluksi.Saattaa olla, että liikeessä on taitavempia myyjiä, mutta minua palvellut nainen ei täyttänyt odotuksiani. Jatkossa voin ostaa nahkakengät yhtä hyvin netistä, niin hassulta kuin se kuulostaakin.En ole vaatinut korvausta, koska olen naarmuttanut kengät hieman kovemmassa käytössä, enkä näe, että liikkeelle on täten vastuuta ottaa niitä vastaan. Täten en voi sanoa jälki asiakaspalvelusta mitään.

(liian pitkät kädet, liian paksut jalat ja jos se ei ongelma nii silloin on liian pieni vyötärö)Vihaan vaatteiden sovittamista tästä syystä, mutta hetkessä löysin jo useammat housut mitkä soveltuu niin moottoripyörällä ajeluun kuin arkiseen käyttöön ja myös menee siistimpinä.Kuten sanoin kaikessa on painotettu laatua mikä upeaa ja siihen ei enää törmää juuri ikinä ja vaatteet, kengät, takit ym ovatkin lähes ikuisia koska ne voi rikkoutuessa korjata uuden veroisiksi toisin kuin nykyään lähes mitään.Paikan päällä onnistuu housujen muokkailut ja olen jo vuosia etsinyt kunnollisia nahkatakkeja ja niihin törmää erittäin harvoin, mutta täältä sekin löytyi jo ensimmäistä sovittamalla ja nyt tätä kautta aionkin seuraavan takin ostaa vähän pidemmillä hihoilla jne ja taas vaate mikä seuraa eläkepäiville saakka ylpeänä oikealla huolenpidolle.Aivan mahtava paikka ja eniten harmittaa se etten tästä ikinä ollut edes kuullut vaikka tälläsiä vaatteita etsinyt jo pitkään...Edestä löytyi heti parkkitilaa ja myymälä on motoristihenkinen ja 50-lukua. Erittäin helposti lähestyttävä paikka ja henkilökunta, joka tuntuu tietävän tuotteistaan kaiken ja tähänkään ei nykyään törmää käytännössä missään.Tästä tuli ainakin oma vakipaikka ja vaatekaappi vaatikin jo uudistuksia 😎

Emmi Linnavuori: Ihania ja laadukkaita kenkiä myös naisille.Ostamissani RedWings-kengissä oli valmistusvirhe, mutta Pinkomon henkilökunta hoiti reklamaation puolestani: valmistajalla oli tuotanto-ongelmia ja odottelin uusia kenkiä 4 viikkoa. Lopulta sain valita Pinkomosta uudet kengät viipyvien tilalle. Jos olisin itse tilannut kengät verkkokaupasta tappelisin vieläkin valmistajan kanssa sähköpostitse. Kivijalkakaupasta ostamalla säästyin kaikelta tältä vaivalta 💪🔥
