The service when booking an appointment was friendly, but this is now for feedback if I can't reach you. Added: The cancellation was not a problem and the service + glasses were great, thanks for the good service!

1008cy: Best shopping experience in LV Helsinki. Lis Fuchs is my SA, she is helpful, good manners and customer oriented. We lined up since 1145am and the shop opened at 12noon on Easter Day. We served 3 mins after shop opened. Suggest go early to prevent long Q or suggest schedule appointment in advance via LV Helsinki website.
Sebastien Agullana: Customer service was excellent, we had a male sales trainee who was very kind and made good suggestions. Very happy with my perfume and the service, will definitely visit in the future!
