riitta pirttilahti: I am disappointed in your actions regarding the transport of the motor bed. The first two men did not make it to the second floor of the apartment building. They thought the bed had to be dismantled. The bed was standing in our hallway over the weekend, and two men were ordered to dismantle the bed for three hours on Monday. They managed to carry the bed up nicely, big thanks to them, but the first unprofessional men misjudged the situation. The three-hour work was done in an hour, but only 20e was refunded on the bill. The bed transfer cost 430e, the tool kit was also charged 10e, quite strange.
Maarit Rantsi: We had a move from Helsinki to Savitaipale and a lot of stuff and the move was very flexible, even though the journey was long. The guys were nice guys and funny and they knew what they were doing and they were really strong! Yes, moving boxes and bags could be taken! Sami Kontola: Oikeastaan kaikki mikä voi mennä pieleen, meni. Muuttomiehet tulivat puolitoista tuntia myöhässä ja sain kuunnella tiuskimista sekä huutamista, kun muutettavaa on niin paljon. Muuton hinta nousi 350 euroa korkeammaksi kuin mitä alkuperäisessä, suuntaa-antavassa hinta-arviossa sanottiin. Muutto hoidettiin epätehokkaasti ja peukaloita pyöriteltiin useaan otteeseen.Tilaukseen kuului myös pesukoneen asennus, jota ei otettu mukaan muuttokuormaan sovitusti, koska muuttomiehet eivät sitä osanneetkaan tehdä. Pesukone sitten haettiin neljä päivää myöhemmin toisena ajankohtana kuin mistä olimme puhelimessa keskustelleet. Asennuksen jälkeen paljastui, että pesukone alkoi vuotaa käytössä ja "he eivät ota asennuksesta mitään vastuuta", mutta kuitenkin tarjoavat tätä palvelua. Tämä tieto tuli meille ensimmäisen kerran vasta "asennuksen" jälkeen. Muutto olisi sujunut pienemmällä stressillä, jos olisimme vain muuttaneet itse.
tirsuiivari: Mukavat muuttomiehet, tulivat ajoissa. Organisoivat tavarat hyvin. Ripeää toimintaa. Muuttolaatikoiden toimitus ja nouto myös Ok.
Kata Mollberg: Arvosana täysi 10! Pojat olivat paikalla reilusti ennen sovittua aikaa, toimivat ammattimaisesti ja ripeästi, olivat ystävällisiä ja jaksoivat heittää vitsiäkin työn lomassa. Asiakaspalvelu vastasti nopeasti puheluihin ja viesteihin. Suosittelen ja käytän varmasti jatkossakin heidän palveluita 😊
KirsH: Muutto sujui suhteellisen odotetusti, miehet olivat ystävällisiä ja tehokkaita. Muuttosopimus on hyvä tarkistuttaa puhelimitse, pääsimme yhteisymmärrykseen hinnasta. Kaksi tähteä lähti siksi, että toinen muuttomiehistä lähti pari tuntia ennen sovittua aikaa ja jätti toisen yksin kantamaan raskaita kirjalaatikoita.
Kristian Ahlfors: Muuttomiehet olivat avuliaita ja erittäin osaavia. Ainut ongelma oli, että muuttoauto oli sovittua pienempi ja muuttoa jouduttiin suunnitelmista poiketen jatkamaan omilla kuljetuksilla. Kyseessä oli yli 30km muutto suuntaansa, eikä hyvitystä virheestä saatu kuin 10€. Ei sinäänsä mikään massiivinen ongelma, koska muutoissa on aina hyvä varautua pieniin ylläreihin. Suosittelen kuitenkin yrityksen käyttämistä ja käytän jatkossa varmasti itsekin jos tarvetta tulee. Virheitä sattuu kaikille joskus.

Matti Nakari: Muutto meni muuten hienosti, mutta apumies simahti jo muuton lastausvaiheessa. Häneltä loppui kunto. Kuljettaja /muuttomies hoiti homman loppuun purkupäässä vauhdilla. Jouduimme itse häntä auttamaan. Saimme toki hyvitystä apumiehen sippaamisesta.
