Marko Tarkiainen: Hertsin Liike la klo 12.15 kiinni, myös toinen perhe ihmetteli paikalla samaa asiaa.Ei mitään ilmoitusta ulkopuolella, puh.nro ei vastaa.
Kimmo: Ostin liikkeestä ohjaimen joka sattui olemaan viallinen. Asia hoidettiin liikkeessä hyvällä asiakaspalveluasenteella.Hieman harmia aiheutti se että kotisivulla olevat aukioloajat eivät pitäneet lainkaan paikkaansa. Lisäksi sähköpostitiedusteluun ei koskaan vastattu.

Maritta Pavilainen: Verkkokauppa ei ole luottamuksen arvoinen. Tilauksentekovaiheesaa huomasimme, että tuote oli varastossa saatavilla jos nouto myymälästä valittuna. Uskalsimme tilata, koska luulimme että saamme lelun postitse. Kävi ilmi, että kyseessä on preorder tuote. Tilasimme kesäkuussa ja edelleen ei saapunut (elokuun toka puoli menossa). Tilauksen jälkeen on saapunut automaattinen vahvistus. Tieto tilauksen käsittelystä tuli vasta kun kysyin spostitse missä vaiheessa se on. Toimitusaika ei ollut mainittuna vahvistuksessa. Arvioitu saapumisaika oli heinäkuussa myymäläpäällikön mukaan. Nyt kun vaadin rahaa takaisin, tuli ilmoitus että ehkä tuote tulee ensi viikolla. Raha palautetaan ainoastaan, jos tuote ei saavu verkkosivuilla mainitun ajankohdan puitteissa.

Ave Nova: Vein dualshock ohjaimen huoltoon, missä piti mennä 2 viikkoa. Ei mennyt, meni ainakin tuplasti tämä aika ja ei mitään informaatiota heidän päästään, vaan yhteydenotto piti tehdä itse. Seuraavat 2vko jouduin soittelemaan heille, että saisin mitään irti tilanteesta ja ohjaimen sijainnista. Eivät tiedä, seuraava viikko sama homma.Sittenkun vihdoin sain ohjaimen takaisin, se oli törkyinen ja likainen vaikka konsolinetissä kerrottiin että ohjaimet puhdistetaan huollon yhteydessä. En tiedä eikö työntekijöitä vaan kiinnosta, vai onko asiakaspalvelun laatu vain muuten huono.
Puukuori 2: Aika epäasiallista palvelua, Myyjä tai omistaja ilmeisesti kimpaantui kun hain eräät pelit pois, joille sanoivat ettei niille ole myyntiarvoa. Hain ne pois sitten, jolloin hän alkoi valitella että ei olisi ottanut niitä alunperinkään ja käski tuoda rahaa liikkeeseen. Liike oli täynnä asiakkaista, joten luulisi että rahaa tulee liikkeeseen. Hän kuitenkin sanoi, että ettei voi hyvittää tuomistani peleistä mitään alunperinkään. Herää kysymys että miksi siis otti pelejä alunperinkään vastaan. Joka tapauksessa, oli ensimmäinen ja viimeinen kerta tässä liikkeessä. Onneksi meillä on muitakin liikkeitä Suomessa josta saa myös pelejä.

Per Granqvist: Nopeaa, luotettavaa palvelua. Lupasivat ottaa tuotetta (Wii2HDMI-adapteria) takaisin mikäli ei toimi uuden Samsung-telkkarin kanssa, kun toisesta mestasta ostettu "parempi" tuote ei toiminut, mutta oli oikeasti vaan plug and play

Valtteri: I purchased a PS 5 Ragnarok bundle and some games with my son. The Ragnarok magazine was missing and hence I was unable to get the game I paid for. I reported this to the store. They sent me a message saying that this was impossible and basically accused me of trying to steal the game. It’s unusual for the magazine to be missing, but by simply googling I found multiple other instances of missing magazines.Whilst rare, it does happen. The store also sent a message to Sony stating that they thought it was impossible, which means Sony may not help me. We will see, I sent Sony a message with a link showing that other people had also received Ragnarok bundles without the magazine and hence the code. Hopefully the store's actions do not mean that Sony will not help me. If you can, buy your gaming gear anywhere else.

Yhden tähden nipistän, kun eräästä tilaamastani tuotteesta ei sivuilla ollut edes valmistajannimeä kerrottu. Eipä tuo iso homma ollut itsekään selvittää, mutta olis se voinu siellä tuotetiedoissakin olla.
