Sarah Nguyen: Horrible experience. I decided to try Yoga Nordic and signed up for a class. In the morning I got a text confirmation that i could attend the 2.30pm class, no other info. So I hired a babysitter to look after my baby during the class and showed up at 2.24pm. I waited in the payment line and discussed with the staff about 7 day trial discount. After I paid and changed my clothes, the staff came to tell me that I couldn’t attend the class because it has started 30 SECONDS ago. Literally it was 2.31pm and the staff didn’t let me in to the class. I was told that I should have showed up 10 minutes before hand - although that info is only listed in the website, not in the confirmation text. Also the staff did not inform me at all about the strict on time rule when I was trying to pay or change.I got my money back, but lost the 2 precious hours which I paid for the babysitter to look after my one year old. I was really looking forward to this class as a precious me-time but it turns out to be a horrible horrible disappointment.The owner really needs to think about staff training which empowers them to prioritize the customers. This is example of extreme rigidity and lack of attentiveness. You could have me as a regular paying customer but after this I wouldn’t dare to try again.
Sari Kangas: Pienen vertailun perusteella tarjoaa erityisen kattavan tarjonnan tunneista jopa edullisempaan hintaan kuin muut studiot. Hieman ahtaat pukkaritilat, joiden vuoksi ei yllä 5 tähden kastiin, mutta muuten kaikin puolin loistava.Nettivaraus toimii hienosti ja kalenteri on auki 10 päivää etukäteen.
