Maritta Pavilainen: The online store is not trustworthy. During the order placement phase, we noticed that the product was available in stock if pick-up from the store was selected. We dared to order because we thought we would get the toy by mail. It turned out that it is a preorder product. We ordered in June and it still hasn't arrived (the second half of August is going). An automatic confirmation has arrived after the order. The information about the processing of the order came only when I asked by mail what stage it is at. The delivery time was not mentioned in the confirmation. The estimated arrival time was in July according to the store manager. Now when I demanded my money back, I received a notification that maybe the product will arrive next week. The money will be returned only if the product does not arrive within the time stated on the website.

Valtteri: I purchased a PS 5 Ragnarok bundle and some games with my son. The Ragnarok magazine was missing and hence I was unable to get the game I paid for. I reported this to the store. They sent me a message saying that this was impossible and basically accused me of trying to steal the game. It’s unusual for the magazine to be missing, but by simply googling I found multiple other instances of missing magazines.Whilst rare, it does happen. The store also sent a message to Sony stating that they thought it was impossible, which means Sony may not help me. We will see, I sent Sony a message with a link showing that other people had also received Ragnarok bundles without the magazine and hence the code. Hopefully the store's actions do not mean that Sony will not help me. If you can, buy your gaming gear anywhere else.
