Henkka: Noutotiskillä pitkä jonotusaika, kun vain yksi henkilö palvelemassa. Työntekijöitä muuten kyllä paljon n. 10-15, mutta osa tupakalla, osa pitää keskenään torikokousta ja yksi syö jäätelöä. Asiakkaat vain aivan turhaan häiritsemässä tätä menoa.

Antti L: Nicest thing about this shop that it is in the city center. It is rather easy to do your shopping online and pick up your stuff here in an hours time if they have it available in the store. Usually I do my shopping online so I am not sure what the selection or prices in the store are compared to others. Some things are cheaper and some are more expensive based on the online experience. But like I said best thing is the location. If I need something fast I usually check If it is available here.
Linh Phan: I ordered one phone with deal last Sunday 1.12.2019 (deal: 139 Eur, original price: 199 Eur) at 9.17pm. I chose pickup at Kamppi store and went there at 5pm 3.12.2019 to pick up my order. The order’s valid for 2 days (as the information in order summary). The store staff refused to sell with with the price I ordered eventhough in the TILAUKSEN YHTEENVETO (Order summary) I received, it wrote clearly thatMaksu noudettaessa (€ 139,00) (pay at pickup place 139 Eur). So confusing and time wasting !!!
