J -: Really rude service over the phone and even on the spot, the service doesn't seem very customer-friendly. You would think that you would get a little friendlier service from a private veterinary clinic and that the customer's needs would be listened to and questions would be answered, and not simply directed to an online booking. I've been a customer here for about a year, but now, unfortunately, the veterinary clinic is changing.
HeT Tu: I have ordered Hills dog food from here, with a satisfaction guarantee. When the dog got symptoms from the food, Veteira claimed on the phone that I was trying to lie and that I had replaced the bag with some other dog food without seeing the whole bag. The food is also said to only have a taste guarantee if the dog doesn't eat it, even though Hills gives a 100% satisfaction guarantee or gets the money back. I was told that the pieces must be analyzed and then we will see how much is paid. It is also very suspicious that I received the food in November and it should be fed within 3 months and now I want to return it... There is no such mention anywhere from Hills either. Anyway, it's only been 2 months, I sent an email many weeks ago, to which I didn't want to answer anything, even though the phone showed that the emails had been read. As if people had nothing else to do but exchange some dog food. It's a ridiculous thing to do, maybe you should think about the level of your own paranoia a little... Especially when you accuse customers in advance without seeing any of the vet's papers or the whole food. Unbelievably bad service, I do not recommend!!!!
