Jaakko Nors: Tässä yhtiössä on huono asiakaspalvelu ja suoranaista osaamattomuutta selvittää vikoja. Kuvauksesta huolimatta eivät tutkineet vahvistimesta sitä vikaa mistä raportoitu (”Main in” liitäntä). Tämä johtunee siitä, etteivät ymmärtäneet miten laitetta on käytetty (kotiteatterin pääkanavien vahvistus). Suurin moka oli se, etteivät ottaneet yhteyttä minuun selvittääkseen mistä viassa oli kyse, kun eivät sitä ymmärtäneet. Tutkivat vain stereotoiston, mikä ei ollut syy, miksi laite meni huoltoon! Myönsivät etteivät edes tutkineet vikaa, mutta veloittivat valohoidosta 55€. Eivät halunneet lisäselvityksien jälkeen tutkia vikaa tarkemmin, vaan työnsivät vain vahvistimen pois omasta työjonosta. Ei oma aloitteista kykyä tai halua korjata laitteita. Reklamoin kirjallisesti, mutta en saanut vastausta. Älä vie tänne laitetta, jonka vika vaatii yhtään syvällisempää ymmärrystä. Asiakaspalvelu on huonointa mitä on tullut vastaan vuosikymmeniin.

mta56: Todella hienoa korjauspalvelua! Olen kesän jälkeen korjauttanut Bose SoundDock-telakkakaiuttimen, Grundig Satellit -lyhytaaltoradion ja Sony Minidisc-dekin. Kaikki tulivat kuntoon kohtuuhinnalla. Loistavaa osaamista!

Similarly an amplifier from somewhere around 80s-90s is now perfect. Some soldering problems were identified, which caused the signal to break.Repairs felt expensive at the time, but the result was so good that it can be forgiven. A tad slow on the repair, so make sure you have time to wait.I would trust these people again with repairs🙂
