Okay I asked if I'll buy the one piece left could I have a discount cause I need to take it to a sewer, girl told me I can't get any discount and I can sew it myself. Okey I had no time to argue about I told her I'll contact the customer service later, the chat on the website didn't reply anything when I asked of this for real. Extremely poor customer service and experience.

I love my personal space when going shopping and I expect sellers to respect that, normally they do everywhere else but here! They just talked non-stop and was kinda pushy and and I feel very uncomfortable because omg leave me alone people! I was with a friend and she was more extrovert so I gladly let her handle all the chit chat. But I was so scared to return to this store after that whole experience - and that was only the first time! The second time I was there only to tag along with my friend to return a dress with a defective part (missing stone detailing from the belt) - which the store refused to admit. Like, woman, we are NOT BLIND! And then the dress was too big on my friend but the fitting room was too dark and the seller who sold her the dress was being pushy so my friend bought the dress only to try on again at home with a better lighting to realise that it did not look on point. And the store claimed that it’s written EVERYWHERE on their walls that the outlet section shall not be returned. Oh I died laughing at this kind of statement. Maybe the seller could have warned about their no return policy while trying to push my friend to buy that dress? And when we read other reviews about this store, I told the store and the girl just told me that people always write bad reviews while claiming that they are known for good services. That was rather bold! Have you thought about why had people write bad reviews about you yet? Maybe there is a reason? Overall, I would give a 0 if I could :)

Tässä kaupassa mikään näistä ei päde eli ainoastaan nopean muodin kuluttajille, jotka eivät halua palvelua.
